Liberty inn is a great place to stay we are from Monticello and the owners have always been nothing but great
Great beds but there weren't any soap or cups or shampoo in the bathroom
Rooms smell and are dirty looking. Chigger bugs in parking lot. No coffee pot in room, its in the locked lobby which they wouldnt even let us in to check in despite it being 95 degrees outside. Air barely works and is dripping. Wifi sucks.
The customer service was horrible. When we got to our room, there was no hot water, no towels, and cock roaches all over the place.They would not refund our money to us! Disgusting place!
Stayed here 5 months(in May)....worst hotel I've ever stayed in. People are up all times of the night with a lot of traffic. Owners have the lobby locked because it's part of where they live, you have to talk to them behind a bulletproof window, which makes the entrance where you check in at hot and muggy as hell. The place was paid for by the company I work for..........A COMPLETE LOSS OF THEIR MONIES!!! NOT WORTH THE 7 DAYS WE WERE THERE AND THE COMPANY HAD SEVERAL OF US IN ROOMS.....SMH
